Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

SHEALK may cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, incorrect or incomplete customer information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other genuine reasons.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
